Drag a new route on your GoogleMap
I watched a clip from David Pogue’s Pogie Awards and learned that when getting directions on GoogleMaps, you can just drag the Google-suggested route line to another street/highway and GoogleMaps will show you a route using the street selected with your mouse (drag). This is something you really have to see to appreciate — just try it!
