No new year’s resolution — but better!

How about a life list of adventures?Read through the 2006  Outside Magazine’s adventure list of 50 adventures and come up with a few of your own. Don’t think that you have to be an extreme sports athlete to enjoy an adventure. Note that even Outside’s list has a few random adventures thrown in, such as watching a child do something.The same list even has 15 fitness tips to help you get into shape — just in case you decide to select one of their adventures!
